Still to do:
sink and cabinet/countertop
replace 4 windows
floor
joint compound and sand the walls
paint
hang tv!
2 closet doors
install lights in ceiling
have pipelines replace large heating pipes with smaller version
new stair treads
sheetrock the wall going up the stairs
